GBTC's virtual classes are a new interactive experience, designed to be engaging and energized, for students age 6 up to 14. GBTC is a leader in implementing dynamic and effective online drama programs.
Our classes are designed to engage students in the art of acting. Through storytelling, playwriting, drama games, creating sound and visual environments, along with creative movement improvisations and poetry and raps, the students are encouraged to express and share their ideas in a positive and rewarding atmosphere.
Through developing skills in the theatre arts the students gain a sense of creativity, personal confidence and awareness of themselves and their relation to others.
Our virtual break-out rooms enable the students to work with friends old and new in small groups and then expand their efforts during our main-room presentations and theatre arts activities, which also include vocal and visual arts as well as movement choreography.
Join in from anywhere ! We welcome students from around the world to our programs ! All you need is an computer, laptop or tablet, and an internet connection.
The virtual classes are offered for three distinct age groupings: Level 1 (ages 6-8), Level 2A (ages 9-11), and Level 2B (12-14years). Class materials and activities are presented in accordance with age-appropriate skill and maturity levels.
