GBTC's priority was to offer families the opportunity to have their kids attend in-person summer camps as soon as that opportunity could safely be made available. Our 2021 camps were exciting, involving and enriching; while at the same time, GBTC was careful to observe all public health requirements, and incorporated sanitizing, masks, screening and social distancing. It was an extraordinary effort, and our staff performed outstanding work to provide kids with these camp programs. GBTC offered 82 week-long camps, with close to 1800 kids participating. We also continued to offer virtual camps, and we had our online staff also actively involved in creating content -- including many interactive videos -- for use with our virtual and in-person programming !
